Payment Methods and Timing
- Payment Methods: In-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play, or credit card payment (Stripe) on the website
- Payment Timing: Payment is processed immediately upon completing the purchase procedure. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period.
Additional Charges
- Internet connection fees and communication charges (mobile data charges, etc.) are borne by the user.
Delivery (Service Provision) Timing
The service becomes available immediately after completing the purchase procedure (it may take some time to reflect depending on system conditions).
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
- Due to the nature of digital services, returns or exchanges after provision are not accepted.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time during the period, but fees for the already paid period will not be refunded (except as otherwise provided by law).
- Purchases through App Store or Google Play: Refunds and cancellations are subject to the respective store's policies.
- Purchases through web payment (Stripe): If you wish to request a refund, please contact sellerbook.app.customer@gmail.com.
- Service issues: If you experience a significant service issue that prevents normal use, please contact sellerbook.app.customer@gmail.com. We will investigate and respond individually.
The cooling-off system generally does not apply to mail-order sales.

How to Cancel (Stop Auto-Renewal)
- iOS: Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions, select this app's subscription, and cancel.
- Android: Go to Google Play app > Account > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select this app's subscription, and cancel.
- Web payment: Go to Website Settings > Subscription Management and cancel your subscription.
If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, the next period may be automatically renewed.
