This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") sets forth the handling of personal information in the services provided through this application (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

Article 1 (Definitions)

"Personal information" refers to personal information as defined by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan. Terms such as "personal data" and "retained personal data" follow the same Act.

"Usage information" in this Policy includes app usage data, device information (OS, model, language, app version, etc.), IP addresses, identifiers, and crash logs.

Article 2 (Information Collected and Methods)

The Operator collects the following information through user input, automatic collection from devices, or via third-party services:

  1. Account information (email address, display name, etc.), team/shop membership information
  2. User content (images, notes related to sales, etc.)
  3. Subscription and purchase identification information (app store or web payment service account identifiers, transaction IDs, etc. Credit card numbers are not collected)
  4. Usage information (app operation/browsing history, device information, IP addresses, identifiers, crash logs, etc.)
  5. AI feature usage information (messages in AI chat, attached images, conversation history, etc.)

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

  1. Account creation, authentication, management, and provision of team/shop features
  2. Subscription management, billing processing, purchase confirmation (including app store and web payment service integrations)
  3. Feature provision, quality improvement, bug analysis, security measures (including use of external services for error monitoring and crash analysis)
  4. Responding to user inquiries and important notifications
  5. Prevention of unauthorized use, response to terms violations, legal compliance
  6. Provision of AI features (sending user input and related data to external AI services to generate responses)
  7. Purposes incidental to the above

Article 4 (Disclosure to Third Parties)

The Operator will not provide personal data to third parties without prior consent of the individual, except in the following cases:

  1. When required by law
  2. When necessary for the protection of life, body, or property, and obtaining consent is difficult
  3. When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and obtaining consent is difficult
  4. When cooperating with government agencies, where obtaining consent may impede the execution of such affairs

Notwithstanding the above, (i) entrusting handling within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use, and (ii) provision due to business succession do not constitute third-party provision.

Article 5 (Entrustment)

The Operator may entrust all or part of the handling of personal data to external service providers for the purpose of achieving the stated purposes. For AI feature provision, user input content may be sent to external AI service providers. The Operator establishes selection criteria for contractors and exercises appropriate supervision.

Article 6 (Provision to Third Parties in Foreign Countries)

The Operator may provide personal data to third parties in foreign countries (such as the United States) in connection with the use of third-party services. In such cases, the Operator will verify the status of the personal information protection system of the relevant country and take appropriate measures in accordance with applicable laws, including obtaining consent when necessary.

Article 7 (Security Measures)

The Operator implements access controls, encryption, log management, vulnerability countermeasures, employee training, contractor management, and other measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal data.

Article 8 (Retention Period and Deletion)

Except where retention is required by law, personal data is retained within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use and deleted without delay after the purpose is achieved. The timing and method of data deletion upon account cancellation follows the Operator's prescribed procedures, including operational grace periods.

Article 9 (Requests for Disclosure)

When requested by the individual for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of third-party provision of retained personal data (hereinafter "disclosure, etc."), the Operator will respond without delay in accordance with applicable laws. The procedures for disclosure and identity verification shall follow the Operator's prescribed methods. A reasonable fee may be charged for disclosure.

If the request falls under a legally prescribed non-disclosure reason, all or part of the disclosure may be withheld.

Article 10 (Correction and Suspension of Use)

When requested by the individual for correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of retained personal data, the Operator will conduct necessary investigation and respond without delay in accordance with applicable laws, and notify the individual of the results. If suspension of use is difficult due to significant costs or other reasons, the Operator will take alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the individual.

Article 11 (Use of Cookies/SDKs)

The Operator uses cookie-equivalent technologies and SDKs for service provision, quality improvement, billing management, and bug analysis. The main integration categories are as follows:

  • Subscription management services (transaction identifiers, device identification information, etc.)
  • Crash analysis services (device information, app version, logs, etc.)
  • Error monitoring services (error logs, environment information, etc.)
  • Backend infrastructure (data storage and processing)
  • AI services (generating responses based on user input)

Users can reset advertising identifiers, limit tracking, and control crash report submission through device/OS settings. When using a browser, cookies can be disabled through browser settings (however, some features may become unavailable).

Article 12 (Use by Minors)

Minor users must obtain consent from a legal guardian before using the Service.

Article 13 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

The Operator may change this Policy in response to changes in laws or the Service. When making significant changes, the Operator will notify users through appropriate means such as in-app announcements.
